**Who we are** We are looking for a skilled technical Linux Consultant who will be performing support for several web applications for our customer, who develops a data management system that enables the rapid analysis and evaluation of data. **What you'll be doing** + Maintenance of existing customer databases, including investigation and resolution of any incidents that may arise on the client's side + Updating and upgrading existing clusters with the latest software according to the client's requirements and roadmap + Continuous monitoring of customer databases using internal tools + Preparation of technical specifications and documentation for all implementations, maintenance activities, updates, and monitoring processes + Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles, both external and internal + Identifying and implementing improvements within the Support Team + Participating in various training courses, including self-learning and on-the-job training sessions + Being prepared to fulfill on-call duties **What you'll bring along** + University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field + At least 3 years of experience in the application management technical support + Strong experience with Linux, Azure, SQL Server + Experience with Java, Cloud Programming and MQ Series + ITIL Certification represents a plus + Excellent English verbal and written skills **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
