Your role

In the role of Technology Lead, you will act as a primary developer for applications. You will eventually conduct requirement analysis, define the activities and modules to develop and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required
The responsibilities will include:Consolidate and reduce infrastructure complexity Maintain all Linux Servers with up-to-date security patches and version standardized for the banking environmentProvide technical consultationTask automationRisk Management Ensure Service Quality Targets are met for offered platform services Product roadmaps and keep other areas of bank’s informed about the Technological infrastructure capabilities availableProvide 7x24 on-call support in a roster basis Support Weekend tasks in a roster basisUpdate team documentation
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: In-depth administration, technical and architectural knowledge of RHEL (7/8/9)Strong expertise in high availability (HA) and clustering technologies, especially Veritas Cluster Server.Understating of LVM/SVMFamiliarity with IBM Tivoli, TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager), and/or IBM Spectrum Protect/Control is a strong plus.Solid understanding of storage systems, SAN/NAS concepts, and enterprise backup strategies.Ability to develop UNIX Shell Script.Good understanding of ITIL practices and experience working in regulated environments (banking/finance preferred).Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.Good Knowledge in automation tools, like AnsibleGood Knowledge in DevOps tools, like Confluence, JIRAStrong communication skills to interact with diverse user groups from application developer, application support team, project managers, and other domains expertise, both written and verbal in English PreferredRed Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)Veritas Certified Specialist (VCS)IBM Certified Specialist (Tivoli/TSM/Spectrum)Good understanding of ITIL practices and experience working in regulated environments (banking/finance preferred).Perform incident resolution and root cause analysis for major incidents and outages.Service Now experience and/or any other ticketing management application.Experience with incident+ request management, change management including CAB representationFrench is a plus.
