Job Description

AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for a Railway Assistant to join our team in Kraków, Poland.

Here's what you will do: 

Work on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC, with work being reviewed by senior or experienced engineers.Perform daily work under designer’s supervision, including geometric design of linear infrastructures (railways).Set standards and procedures for CAD and 3D works. Deliver complex drawings in 2D and 3D along different stages of the design developmentAssign and coordinate tasks to other technical or administrative staff, mainly related to drafting or geometrical modelling.Train less experienced staff in preparation of drawing and graphic elements. 

Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:

Experience working on highway or railway designs, management of traffic, etc. (+2 years) and clear appetite to develop a technical career on that field.Work experience in geometrical design using at least one of the following software packages: InRoads, OpenRoads / OpenRail, Rail Track, Civil 3D, Geopak, 12d Model.Proficiency in CAD software (preferably AutoCAD and/or MicroStation).At least intermediate level of English (spoken and written).Bachelor or Master degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
