Job Title: Lead Line Mechanic – 2nd Shift
Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Lead Line Mechanic to support and guide our production line operations during the 2nd shift. This role focuses on basic mechanical upkeep, line changeovers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day equipment function. No electrical experience is required.

ResponsibilitiesLead and assist with basic mechanical tasks such as equipment adjustments and part replacements.Support production line changeovers and ensure minimal downtime.Monitor equipment for signs of wear or malfunction and report issues promptly.Work closely with production supervisors to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Provide guidance and support to line operators and machine operators.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or GED required.1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Strong communication and time management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical, Preventive maintenance, Machine Operator, Production Operator, Production Technician, Troubleshooting, Assembly, Line Operator, Line Worker.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Located in Murfreesboro, TN, the position operates during the 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. The role involves frequent standing, walking, and light physical activity, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. The production environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work comfortably in a team.

This is a Contract position based out of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
