主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:
1. 负责自动化设备和包装机正常运行和简单调试；
Responsible for normal operation and simple adjust of auto-line and pouching machine
2. 负责组装车间的人员安全、产品品质、产量管控；
Responsible for safety and quality and capacity management
3. 根据生产计划安排生产，按时完成每班的产量及HPU目标；
Arrange the shift plan, complete the daily capacity and HPU target  on time
4. 完成生产前后清场、生产文件、车间各类记录本、批记录等各项复核工作；
Complete the clearance before and after assembly, review of production documents, workshop record and logbook, batch records and other work;
5. 生产现场监督管理，生产过程中出现的各类产品质量问题或偏差按相关文件要求及时处理，并及时、真实向生产主管汇报；
Supervise and manage the workshop, deal with all kinds of product quality problems or deviations in the production process in time according to the requirements of relevant documents, and report to the shift  supervisor timely and truthfully;
6. 对于生产过程中发生的质量隐患及时向生产主管汇报；
Timely report to the production supervisor the potential quality problems occurred in the production process;
7. 依据SOP对班组成员进行生产操作工艺、质量控制方面的技能培训；
Train staff members on process and quality control skills according to SOP;
8. 对组员的工作表现给予反馈、协助生产班长对员工的绩效进行评估；
 Give feedback to team members' work performance and assist production monitor to evaluate employees' performance
9. 检查生产人员的工作，确保生产人员按SOP要求进行操作；
Check the operation in practice to ensure that they operate according to SOP requirements
10. 当班人员离职率管控；
Control the turnover rate
11. 完成生产主管委派的各项工作；
Complete various tasks assigned by production supervisor

任职条件Qualifications:
• 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major)
大专以上学历优先。
College degree or above preferred.
• 任职经验Working Experience:
3-5年以上生产管理经验，20人以上的生产团队管理经验。
3-5 years or above of production management experience with more than 20 staff.
• 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
具有一定的基本电脑操作技能。
Have a certain basic computer skills.
• 能力要求Competency:
1、 具有一定的组织管理能力，热爱本职工作。
Have certain organizational and management skills and love your own job.
2、 具有良好的执行力，较强的组织、协调和沟通能力。
