Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts availableSupervise and guide production line staff, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.Plan, organize, and optimize workflow to meet daily production schedules.Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and internal growth. Verify inventory, lot codes, quantities, and pallet accuracy on the production line.Record and manage production data accurately in PackManager (Nulogy) and resolve operational issues.Line Leader Qualifications:
Proven experience leading production lines, preferably in kitting or packaging operations.Strong proficiency with PackManager (Nulogy) or similar production management systems.Basic math skills for inventory counts, lot code verification, and quality checks.Computer literacy, including ability to work with production tracking systems.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
