Job Description:

This position will make decisions regarding customers, business and employee needs providing timely delivery of product to meet customers’ needs. The individual must have strong decision-making ability, communicate clearly and be able to follow up with team to ensure objectives are being met. As a leader, will be an ambassador for our culture.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive accountable and efficient work practices within the consumable pick pack teamAssist in coordinating daily workforce adjustments with other line leads to attain maximum labor potentialInvolved in new employee training and cross trainingProvide reliable, fair and unbiased feedback for employee evaluationsProvide constructive feedback to managementEnsure team is working in a safe manner and escalate any issues to leadershipLead the pick and pack by demonstrating an understanding of Miller’s core values and holding the team to that standard.

Position Requirements:

Must have a successful record of building positive relationships with co-workers and managementMust have experience driving Employee InvolvementMust have 1 year of experience of cost and quality drivers of businessAt least 1 year of production experience
