**Job Description:**
This position will make decisions regarding customers, business and employee needs providing timely delivery of product to meet customers’ needs. The individual must have strong decision-making ability, communicate clearly and be able to follow up with team to ensure objectives are being met. As a leader, will be an ambassador for our culture.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Drive accountable and efficient work practices within the consumable pick pack team
+ Assist in coordinating daily workforce adjustments with other line leads to attain maximum labor potential
+ Involved in new employee training and cross training
+ Provide reliable, fair and unbiased feedback for employee evaluations
+ Provide constructive feedback to management
+ Ensure team is working in a safe manner and escalate any issues to leadership
+ Lead the pick and pack by demonstrating an understanding of Miller’s core values and holding the team to that standard.
**Position Requirements:**
+ Must have a successful record of building positive relationships with co-workers and management
+ Must have experience driving Employee Involvement
+ Must have 1 year of experience of cost and quality drivers of business
+ At least 1 year of production experience
