We are currently looking for a Line Coordinator in Neuchatel, Switzerland.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the assigned production line or machine, during the shift, respecting and applying operational standards in order to achieve the business goals.
You will coordinate and lead autonomous/self-sufficient production shift team with the aim of creating the right environment in which each individual is willing to do the best achieving and improving the key performance indicators, following the IOS standards.
More specifically, you will:
Ensure compliance with all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability and quality.Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with Open+/IOS.Oversee the processes of DMS (BOS, QBos, CL and CIL etc), ensure they are completed on time and with the highest quality of execution, assuring the respect of the standards.Activate actions on the shifts to align with quality of the product, involving the main partners.Ensure the highest internal and external consumers satisfaction, through Open+/IOS tools.Ensure accurate input of all necessary operating data from the production floor (PLC, MES, LES, MPA, MINT, SPA, etc.) in order to guarantee data integrity.Guarantee production plan shift adherence improving the performance of the line(s) and consumer service level operating on the production line in case of need.Ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment, accurate adjustment and fix the minor quality and operational troubles in order to achieve/exceed the planned volume.Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the technology in case of need, supporting digital solutions implementation.Lead team members in order to secure effective coverage on the production line.Coordinate the execution of the required maintenance checks to ensure equipment basic condition.Follow-up on effective execution of DMS, ensuring proper coordination with maintenance lead, members of autonomous/self-sufficient team to fix defects and complete maintenance routines.Support Process Lead on data integrity and reports preparation about production losses.Develop capabilities and follow the professional growth of the team, providing regular feedback in coaching session.Effectively motivate the team to achieve the assigned line(s) business results.Complete the necessary forms and make timely data entry into the information systems to ensure product traceability and equipment intervention.Take responsibility for the completion of own and team training and development plan and follow the established requirements.

Minimum High School Degree with Technical background3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing with 2 years on maintaining or operating equipmentExperience in team management, preferably operationalProven experience of coaching and developing othersFrench proficiency and good level of EnglishKnowledge production systems MES, MPA, SPAKnowledge of SAP, MINT, etc. will be an advantageBasic user skills of work with MS Office package: Excel, PowerPoint.Knowledge and skills in applying lean production tools
