Your ‘day to day’

As a Line Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate and lead the production shift team with the aim of achieving and improving the key performance indicators, following the Integrated Operating System standards and complying with applicable policies, procedures and practices in terms of Sustainability (Safety, Health and Environment), Quality, Production and Maintenance.

Create an autonomous, efficient and highly motivated team by ensuring active involvement, execution and development of all team members on the daily management systems.

Be in-charge of coordinating team manning in order to secure effective coverage on the production line as well as the execution of shift daily direction setting, ensuring a proper handover between shifts, execution of shift and 90 days plan and replaces any team member on the operation of a production line.

Promote and develop equipment ownership within the team as well as ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment through coordinating the execution of the required maintenance checks.

Who we’re looking for:

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related engineering courses).

You have at least 2-3 years relevant experience in production and manufacturing, preferably from food, pharma, and beverage industries.

You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.

Good collaboration and communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also required.

Knowledge in Production systems is an advantage.

Work Location: PMFTC Manufacturing Facilities (Phase 3, Lot 1B, First Philippine Industrial Park, Brgy. Sta Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas, shuttles provided)
