Key Responsibilities
Maintain consistent standards for food quality and presentation.

Expedite and deliver orders efficiently during service periods.

Ensure excellent sanitation and operational cleanliness in all food prep areas.

Play a key role in executing scheduled banquet functions and events.

Collaborate professionally with kitchen staff and cross-functional teams.

Help minimize waste and reduce loss through effective portion control.

Communicate equipment needs or malfunctions promptly to the Chef.

Participate actively in ongoing training and kitchen meetings.

Check, date, and verify deliveries, report variances to the Chef.

Monitor and clean coolers; ensure temperature compliance.

Process inventory requisitions and receive supplies as needed.

Prepare food items following forecast sheets and standardized recipes

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Culinary Degree or at least 2 years of culinary training/experience, or a comparable mix of education and hands-on experience.

ServSafe Certification preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication and professional demeanor.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays and special events
