Recruiting Unit：Lighting Design Department - GWM Technology Center

Responsibilities：

1. Formulating and implementing the lighting design strategy of various brands of our company,improving the process system of lighting design department, including designing process and system, and optimize and improve them;
2. Control the overall design process of the lighting design department ,including the design direction and quality in advancing and mass production stages;
3. Guide relevant parson in charge to complete the definition of project styling design,and check the design direction and program quality;
4. Cooperate and guide modelers to make and contro1 3Dmodals (digital and physical modals);
5. Solving technical problems encountered in the process of modeling design and development;
6. lnnovative design and analysis ability is preferred, with excellent sketch and draft drawing ability;
7.Guiding and training young designers to enhance the professional ability of the team.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in industrial design or related major;
2 .More than 10 years of experience in automotive lighting design;
3. Mastering basic professional knowledge of industrial design and automotive lighting structure;
4. Having design experience of at least 5 car models, in which plays a leading role.Excellent foresight and judgment of design trend.
5. More than 5 years of team management experience, able to effectively lead the team and cooperate with other departments to jointly set challenge goals and achieve them.

Skill Requirements:

1. High ability of innovation and creation, excellent expressive ability via sketch and draft drawing, strong spirit and mentality of exploring new things;
2. Familiar with automobile structure and lamp structure, mastering the knowledge of lighting laws and regulations;
3. Strong communication skills and clear logic in dealing with issues.
4. Pay attention to the latest domestic and foreign design trends and mainstream product design schemes, love design and life;
5. Proficient in PS, Alias and other design software.
