LifeSpa Intern

Join the Life Spa team this summer! Our Spa team is looking for an Intern that will work with our team member engagement and category teams to help drive innovation around team member engagement and member experience. This student will work with the team to generate fresh new ideas, develop programs and deploy the key initiatives.

Position Summary

Life Time seeks a motivated student or recent graduate to assist in the participation of the organization’s day-to-day operations. They will work in a collaborative environment to improve experiences for Life Time members, prospective members and team members. This internship is an opportunity for a student to take ownership of designated projects for an abbreviated period of time to help extend and apply their knowledge to meet business goals.   

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned  Works cross-functionally with teams to execute strategies to meet business needsHelps improve administration procedures         Observes multiple office positions and trains in a variety of tasks             Attends company meetings and functions as needed    Assists in other miscellaneous tasks as needed Assist with executing & tracking performance of various marketing tacticsUpdate and refine LifeSpa retail pricing platform

Position Requirements

Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college programCurrently maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higherExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsA passion for Life Time’s mission

PayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.50 and pays up to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications.
