Job description To guard our guests' lives against drowning in pool or beach areas. Continuous monitoring of the hotel pool and beach and ensuring all hotel signs in the area are updated. Hold a valid governmental certificate in lifeguarding and renew it as required. Inform management to prepare reports for any hazardous situations during the shift. Be aware of and have sufficient knowledge about first aid and how to handle drowning cases. Be flexible in assisting around different areas of the hotel and perform any other tasks assigned by management. Operate a quality professional fitness program including fitness testing, evaluations, program design, and fitness instruction. Be aware of the hotel's health, safety, and hygiene policies. Ensure all safety and cleaning standards are maintained throughout the hotel. Predict and manage activities and equipment purchases to prevent environmental diseases; participate in activities organized to protect biological diversity and share individual responsibilities to increase environmental knowledge and carry out necessary training. Provide minimum consumption of currently used materials and equipment (paper, printed materials, etc.). Implement necessary warnings and departmental training to save energy within the facility and carry out decisions made for energy conservation. Perform responsibilities to properly eliminate and collect waste, reduce environmental pollution, and minimize harmful effects on the environment. Carry out all responsibilities related to quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facility. Perform all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description. Qualifications Education: At least a high school or vocational diploma. Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Courses and training: Professional trainings, seminars, and professional certification. Skills: Expected to use basic tools and equipment related to the job. Expected to perform simple, specific, and standard tasks that are generally repetitive. About the Company
