Job description To guard our guest's life against drowning in pool or beach. Continuous monitoring of hotel pool and beach and ensure all hotel signs in the area are updated. Have a governmental certificate in lifeguard updated and renew it. Inform management and prepare reports for any hazard situations during the shift. To be aware of and have enough knowledge about first aid and how to deal with drowning cases. To be flexible in assisting around different areas of the hotel and to perform any other tasks assigned by management. Operate a quality professional fitness program carrying out fitness testing, evaluations, program design, and fitness instruction. To be aware of hotel's health, safety, and hygiene policies. Ensure all safety and cleaning standards are maintained throughout the hotel. Predict that all activities and purchased equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment; join all activities organized to protect biological diversity and share individual responsibilities to increase environmental knowledge and carry out necessary training. Provide minimum consumption of currently used items and equipment (paper, printed materials, etc.). Implement necessary warnings and departmental training to save energy inside the facility and carry out decisions taken for energy saving. Implement responsibilities to eliminate and collect waste properly, reduce environmental pollution, and minimize harmful effects on the environment. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management and food safety management systems implemented at the facility. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description. Qualifications Education: At least a high school or vocational diploma. Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Foreign language: Sufficient level of English and Arabic to communicate effectively with guests and employees. Courses and training: Professional trainings, seminars, and professional certification. Computer literacy: Not required. Skills: Expected to use basic tools and equipment related to the job. Expected to perform simple, specific, and standard tasks that are generally repetitive. Additional information
