Job description

Sofitel Bahrain blends French luxury with the warmth of Arabian hospitality. Nestled on the pristine beaches of Zallaq, we are proud to offer world-class service, five-star facilities, and a unique wellness experience. As part of our commitment to guest safety and enjoyment, we are looking for passionate and responsible lifeguards to join our dynamic recreation team.

Key responsibilities: Monitor swimming pools and beach areas to ensure guest safety at all times Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations Administer first aid and CPR when necessary Ensure all poolside and beach areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any inquiries Maintain daily logs and safety checks Qualifications Minimum 2 years of similar experience Bahrain life guard certification is a must Must be fluent in English and a team player Strong swimming skills and physical fitness Ability to stay alert, calm, and efficient in high-pressure situations Additional information
