The University of Maine at Presque Isle is looking to hire part-time temporary Lifeguards for May 12- August 24, 2025. Responsibilities for this position include (may not be limited to) maintaining lifeguard to swimmer ratios, enforcing pool rules and regulations to ensure patron safety, monitoring pool chemicals and assisting with water competency tests. All applicants must be at least 16 years of age, hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or equivalent certification. This position is for 20-30 hours per week at $15.00 per hour.
