Lifecycle Services Sales Engineer CSS PBU

You will ensure that booking and margin objectives are met and contribute substantially to the planned growth of CSS lifecycle services business in PBU as well as overall Emerson PBU business. If yes, we encourage your application for **Lifecycle Services Sales Engineer** role! **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Maintain and develop relationship with selected Installed Base Customers in Poland and Baltics + Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for CSS (PWS, PSS, RS and ISW) products and services to Installed Base Customers in Poland and Baltics + Cooperate with Sales Teams to lead the quoting and pricing process, negotiate business contracts with key customers + Actively visit customers to promote the assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and services, + Solutions and Application Knowledge: attend relevant technical and commercial training as required to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge, including new products as and when released + For his/her region: prepare an annual booking budget by product/value period and be able to forecast client’s business activity + Understand customer business drivers and demonstrate linkage between recommended products/solutions to customer’s needs and business objectives + Support and regularly update business expectations within the designated product lines and Region + Participate in customer development activities like trade shows, fairs, conferences aiming to promote the sale of products, solutions and services to key accounts + Looking for new opportunities to sell assigned products and services to new customers and industries, maintain a project opportunity list for the assigned sales area in the CRMoD. + Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with the company’s Trade Compliance procedures **Who You Are:** You partner with others to get work done. You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and action. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably automation, electrical, control process or similar discipline) + 4–5 years of experience of sales / direct sales support role experience or similar working directly with customers + Strong proficiency in Office Package and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish.
