Position Summary
Temporarily acts as the LifeCafe Manager when location has a vacancy. Fulfills responsibilities of a manager including financial management, cleanliness, employee training, and evaluation.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Maintains Profit and Loss statements, budgets, and cost controls in regards to food, beverage and labor goalsManages all front of the house and back of the house operations to include inventory and payrollManages the leadership and performance excellence of the team by training, modeling, developing, motivating and assessing all team members to ensure continuous growthResponds to all questions, comments, and concerns in a professional and efficient mannerEnsures safety, cleanliness, and security awareness standards are emphasized, practiced, and inspectedMinimum Required Qualifications
ServeSafe Certification or equivalent certificationCPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire2 years of management experience and leadership experience or college degree in culinary, businessExperience driving operations and financial performance Experience with fast casual restaurant or full service experienceLife Time is a place for everyone.
