Life Sciences/HealthTech GTM Strategy & Product Marketing Manager
**Job Description:** + Client is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for secure research environment that enables researchers to access, analyse, and collaborate on complex datasets. + This role will be instrumental in shaping our positioning, messaging, and market engagement strategy. You will act as the voice of our customers including pharmaceutical companies, biobanks, NGOs, and other data providers while driving adoption and growth of our healthcare data management and analytics platform. **Responsibilities:** **Develop and Execute GTM Strategy:** + Identify customer needs, emerging trends, and platform use cases through data analysis, customer conversations, and market research. + Create and maintain foundational marketing collateral including personas, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and claims documentation. **Drive Customer-Centric Insights:** + Conduct primary research, market sizing, and competitive analyses to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions. + Act as the advocate for customer needs to inform product roadmaps and future platform enhancements (including AI/ML use cases). **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** + Partner with Sales to ensure messaging resonates in the market and establish feedback loops for refinement. + Collaborate with Product Management to align customer needs with product vision and features. + Work with Commercial Marketing to execute integrated paid, earned, shared, and owned media strategies. **Competitive Differentiation:** + Develop in-depth competitor analyses and market claims to help client stand out in the marketplace. + Advise product teams on strategies for building differentiated solutions. **Product Launch & Feature Releases:** + Serve as marketing strategist for new product introductions and feature launches. + Ensure launches are impactful, timely, and reach the right audience through the right channels. **Experience:** + 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Consulting, or Product Management, including 5+ years in healthcare. + Proven success scaling a healthcare data management and analytics platform, ideally with multi-tenancy architecture. + Experience developing GTM strategies tailored to B2B audiences (pharma, life sciences, data generators). + Track record in competitive analysis, benchmarking, and claims development. + Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market environment. + Hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to influence across teams and geographies. **Skills:** + Product Marketing + GTM Strategy + B2B + Healthcare **Education:** + MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. **About US Tech Solutions:** **US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
