You'll support research sales representatives by providing expert technical knowledge and product recommendations, ensuring flawless customer interactions and happiness.

Key responsibilities will be:Develop and maintain effective customer relations within the assigned territoryImplement sales strategies to meet targets and expand businessProvide technical information and recommendations for customer applicationsIntroduce new products and services to customersManage pricing and profitability within the territoryMaintain accurate records and communicate with the supervisor as neededKeys to Success:

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the sciences, M.S. or PhD preferredExperience5+ years of sales experience in the research laboratory industry or lab experienceStrong knowledge in Proteomic, Genomic, Gene expression, and tissue culture is preferredKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal, oral, written communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office and the internetOrganizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel to customer locationsDemonstrates Thermo Fisher values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement
