Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the safety, supervision, and enjoyment of guests using the indoor swimming pool and recreation areas. The role includes monitoring activities, enforcing safety rules, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

QualificationsDubai-accredited Lifeguard CertificateCurrent CPR and First Aid CertificationStrong swimming and rescue skillsAbility to multitask between pool and recreation supervisionGood communication and customer service skillsWith at least 3 years experience as life guard High school diploma or equivalentExcellent observation skills and ability to remain alert at all timesKnowledge of water safety protocols and proceduresAbility to use and maintain lifesaving equipmentBasic understanding of pool maintenance and water chemistryWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Supervise and monitor swimmers in the indoor pool at all times

Enforce pool and recreation area rules to ensure guest safety

Conduct routine safety checks of pool, recreation areas, and equipment

Record and report incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues
