Your presence and attentiveness will help maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages. This position is ideal for individuals who are vigilant, service-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest safety standards. **A little taste of your day-to-day** + Monitoring guest activity in and around the pool and beach areas. + Preventing accidents and responding quickly and calmly to emergencies. + Administering First Aid or CPR when needed and reporting incidents accurately. + Ensuring all safety equipment is functional and in place. + Enforcing pool and beach rules and regulations in a respectful manner. + Supporting daily cleaning and maintenance of the water facilities. + Assisting with guest needs or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. **What we need from you** + Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (valid certification required). + Previous lifeguarding experience is preferred, especially in a resort or hotel setting. + Strong swimming skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. + Attentive, responsible, and proactive with excellent observation skills. + Positive attitude and a guest-focused mindset. + Willing to work outdoors and flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays. + Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus. **What you can expect from us:** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
