We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Life Enrichment Assistant to join our Part-Time team at Ashland Village Assisted Living. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters socialization, engagement, and enjoyment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and implementing life enrichment programs, activities, and events for our residents, including but not limited to: arts and crafts, exercise classes, games, outings, and other recreational activities

Engage with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, building relationships and encouraging participation in activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in senior living or a related field is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods

Availability to work evenings and weekends, as scheduled

Reliable transportation to and from work is required
