**Job Description** We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Life Cycle Integration Program Director, responsible for shaping and influencing the company's role in product support. If you are a motivated and experienced leader looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's degree or higher education + Experience in acquisition and/or sustainment for aerospace/defense products for domestic or international customers + Deep understanding of Product Support of Military Equipment + Demonstrated business acumen and business case analysis + Success in leading teams and/or organizations to achieve common goals + Experience in program management, proposal management, business capture, and strategy development + Active SECRET Clearance with ability to obtain SAR clearances **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Ability to build customer value statements and value propositions and associated business cases + Familiarity with DOD 5000 acquisition policies and process, product support management, and integrated product support element guides + Familiarity with DOD and international military protocols, customers, and courtesies + Demonstrated experience in life cycle product support and sustaining capabilities in the DOD/Aerospace industry + M.B.A. and PMP Certification **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
