Strategic & Portfolio Management

Lead the Marketing Mix (4Ps) strategy for Cordius, ensuring competitive positioning and sustainable growth.Full P&L ownership of the Cordius business, driving profitability and long-term value creation.Define and implement the portfolio strategy, from Research to Market Launch (End-to-End), including product advancement meetings, lifecycle management, and gap analysis.Manage the basic seed planning and production, with full accountability for cost structure and operational efficiency.Ensure cross-functional alignment with Research, Agronomy, Supply, and Commercial teams to accelerate portfolio success.

Demand Generation & Market Development

Drive all demand generation processes (monthly OUT, royalties, basic seed sales), ensuring predictable and profitable growth.Lead the implementation of positioning processes for R5 materials and CTCs, securing competitive differentiation.Develop and implement marketing programs (e.g., SOMOS) and create new initiatives to strengthen market presence.Conduct deep analysis of Cordius’ multipliers network, maximizing market penetration and adoption.

Brand Leadership & Partnerships

Act as the Brand Guardian of Cordius, enhancing brand awareness and reputation via trade shows, digital channels, regional events, and strategic communications.Manage and expand strategic partnerships for germplasm licensing (B2B), both locally and globally, ensuring sustainable growth in the licensing model.Strengthen synergies across Licensing, Seeds, CP (Crop Protection), and Biologicals to unlock integrated value propositions.Oversee local and global contracts related to germplasm licensing, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate strategy.

Requiriments:

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related areaMinimum 3 years' experience in licensing leadership rolesFluent EnglishAvailability to travel
