Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, international business, finance or similar. 7+ years of experience in Trade Compliance / Logistics Operations Compliance Licensed Customs Broker – U.S. or similar professional trade certifications. Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, import and export classification, free trade agreement and training skills. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem solving with experience in risk management processes and gap analysis. Proficient at multi-tasking, well organized and reliable for consistent decision making and follow through. Work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated ability to deliver creative and practical solutions to solve complex logistics and impact of current and potential regulatory compliance issues. Ability to manage and drive change. Experience in Supply Chain Security Program. Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation, and collaboration. Excellent in research and analytical skills. Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to multi-task and minimal guidance. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong ability to create innovative solutions from existing resources. Ability to evaluate data and issues. Excellent time management skills. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and implement appropriately. Must be a team player, amenable to a variety of work projects. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others through demonstrated expertise. Ability to manage multiple cross-organizational projects. Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Travel up to 20%.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Dar seguimiento de los procesos de embarque y transporte desde su lugar de origen hasta su destino final, asegurando su correcta recepción, verificando el cumplimiento de los programas, regulaciones y legislaciones en materia de comercio exterior y aduanas.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

Experiencia en obtención y administración de programas FAST, C-TPAT y NEEC. Experiencia avanzada en clasificación arancelaria y códigos de clasificación ante la aduana. Alta habilidad de negociación y obtención de resultados bajo presión.
