As Key Account Leader for C-Stores you will be responsible for leading the commercial relationship and comprehensive management of the KA in their responsibility. Ensure sustainable development and profitable growth of the business.

Guarantee efficient operation, optimal service levels in the supply chain, and implementation of strategies aligned with channel objectives. Maximize brand presence and generate value for the end consumer. Support the development of the multi-category Nicotine business and make the channel the platform for its growth and point of contact with the consumers.

 

You’re day to day:

 

Commercial Relationship: Lead the commercial relationship with KA, implementing strategies to drive profitable and sustainable growth, consolidating leadership in sales, profitability, and market share.

Financial Indicators: Ensure compliance with key financial indicators, maximizing profitability and optimizing operational costs.

Budget Management: Manage an annual budget of allowances of their KA, ensuring proper allocation and control to maximize ROI.

Product Growth: Drive the growth of PMI product categories in Smoke free Products, and vape products, ensuring their relevance in KA´s portfolio.

Commercial Strategies: Design and implement specific commercial and promotional strategies for their KA, aligned with corporate objectives.

Team Coordination: Mobilize and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure flawless execution of strategies, aligning key areas such as marketing, trade marketing, finance, and supply chain.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

Professional in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, marketing, or related fields.

Work experience of at least 6 years and a minimum of 3 years in FMCG companies, preferably in roles related to sales, key account management, or trade marketing. Experience leading high-impact key accounts, ideally in the modern channel and chains in Colombia.
