Job Summary:
Are you a dedicated and experienced clinician who is passionate about mentoring and guiding others toward professional growth? Join our team at Clarity Healthcare as a Licensure Supervisor, where you will provide clinical oversight and supervision for clinicians pursuing licensure in their chosen discipline of practice. In this role, you will ensure adherence to ethical standards, foster staff development, and support the organization’s mission by maintaining high-quality clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision to assigned supervisees in alignment with licensure requirements and organizational guidelines.
Function in accordance with the organization’s operational guidelines and professional code of ethics.
Participate in staff development initiatives, including training, mentorship, and feedback sessions.
Assist with management needs, including data collection, program evaluation, grant application support, and contract maintenance.
Attend and actively participate in required meetings and professional development opportunities.
Cooperate with Quality Assurance and utilization review processes, ensuring compliance with documentation and clinical standards.
Conduct periodic evaluations of supervisees and provide constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
Perform additional responsibilities and special assignments as directed by leadership.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
Missouri state license required: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Additional Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to groups.
Proficiency in interpreting and applying procedures, operating instructions, and clinical guidelines.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to build effective professional relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
Adaptability, initiative, reliability, motivation, and creativity are essential for success in this role.
Supervisory Requirements:
Provide leadership and guidance to support team members and supervisees in achieving their goals.
Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage active participation.
Manage difficult situations professionally and with discretion, seeking HR input when necessary.
Champion organizational change and facilitate the implementation of new initiatives.
Reinforce a collaborative team approach and encourage contributions from all team members.
