Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensure Coordinator supports branch offices by managing the application and renewal process for licenses and certifications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Complete initial and renewal applications for branch licenses and certifications Coordinate with branch offices to gather necessary documentation and information Research licensing requirements and follow up on application progress Perform general clerical and administrative duties including data entry and filing Provide consistent updates to relevant stakeholders regarding application status Perform other duties as assignedQualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and persistence in follow-up Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients Proficiency in English required Related experience preferred but not required Pay Information: $25 per hour + $1,500 annual bonus potential Maxim Benefits:
