Licensing Specialist Description + Analyze the laws of States and local Governments and applies the requirements for obtaining critical sales and operational licenses in assigned region. + In States in designated regions, Interact with Franchisees and Corporate Operations personal to obtain information to complete applications and provide status of listening activities. + Interact with State and Local licensing officials in States in assigned regions to obtain relevant licensing information. + Maintain their part and oversee maintenance of their assigned regions' part of a comprehensive licensing database + Provide advise and counsel on application of various licensing requirements to current and proposed operations Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate's degree + Mortgage or licensing experience needed + Strong reading and analytical skills + Strong communication skills + Extensive Experience with database software programs + Proven detail orientation and curiosity are essential Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
