We empower our teams with the tools, training, and opportunities needed to grow their careers while tackling global challenges. **Your Impact** As a **Licensing Product Manager – Commercial Out-Licensing** , you will play a key role in expanding our revenue streams through licensing partnerships. You’ll collaborate across teams and with external partners to bring valuable technologies and innovations to market. **Location** : This is an onsite role in Hunts Valley MD, or Grand Island, NY. No relocation assisntace will be provided. **What You’ll Do** + Lead business development efforts to grow product and licensing revenues through strategic out-licensing. + Identify and evaluate new licensing opportunities that align with our commercial and scientific goals. + Negotiate and close licensing agreements with external partners to support long-term growth. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in biopharma, biotech, and academic sectors. + Partner closely with legal, finance, R&D, and commercial teams to drive licensing execution. + Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, competitive insights, and areas of opportunity. + Keep track of licensing performance metrics and contribute to planning efforts. + Represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events. **What You Bring** **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or an equivalent field. + A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. **Experience:** + 3+ years of experience in business development, licensing, or partnerships within biotech, pharma, or university tech transfer. + Proven ability to close complex licensing deals and partnerships. + Familiarity with biotherapeutic and advanced therapy commercialization pathways. **Skills:** + Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. + Strategic approach with strong financial and market analysis abilities. + Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. + Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools is a plus. **What We Offer** We value our colleagues and invest in their growth and well-being. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
