Job Title: Licensing Analyst
Job Description
The Licensing Analyst is responsible for researching licensing regulations, communicating with vendors to ensure licenses are current, and tracking licensing status to determine business continuity.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch Licensing Regulations:Stay informed on relevant licensing laws, regulations, and industry standards.Identify changes in requirements and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.Vendor Communication:Liaise with vendors and regulatory bodies to obtain and renew licenses.Ensure timely submission of documentation and resolve any discrepancies.License Tracking & Compliance:Maintain an up-to-date database of all licenses and certifications.Monitor expiration dates and initiate renewal processes promptly.Assess licensing status to confirm business operations remain compliant.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience in licensing processes.Ability to analyze invoices.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Effective use of Microsoft Outlook.Project management abilities.Proficiency in using VLOOKUP functions.Work Environment
The work environment is highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on team culture and guiding principles. The office is situated in a brand-new building featuring a meal plan option and free coffee throughout the facility. Employees benefit from a gym, access to an outside track around the lake, and covered parking. Team engagements occur once a week, and breakfast is provided on Friday mornings. There are five other licensing analysts within the business, and these two licensing agents will assist with renewals.
*This team is fully on-site and works a 4 days/week, (Monday-Thursday) and 10 hours/day. Fridays are off.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lewisville, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
