Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Licensed Vocational Nurse** to work at a facility in **Torrance, California.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. **Pay Rate:** $32 / hour *W2 **Shifts Available:** + Evenings + 12 hours + Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed **Nursing Specialty:** + Urgent Care Clinic **Qualifications:** + **Ensure that profiles are submitted only for LVNs who are fully committed to working a per diem assignments.** + **Required certifications include active Licensed Vocational Nurse license, AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life** **Safety card (must be LA City), Spanish speaking, and proof of full COVID and seasonal Flu Vaccinations. LVN will float** **within the assigned Facility; and/or from a Facility to another Facility as needed; and/or be scheduled to a Workweek** **assignment between Facilities as needed.** + Ability to build rapport with patients + Compassionate and caring demeanor + Familiarity with medical terminology + CPR card issued by the American Heart Association + Must have up to date certification in the state of **CA** + Post Anesthesia Care Unit + MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) + Fire Card **Assignment Information:** In need of Licensed Vocational Nurses with a minimum of one (1) year of ambulatory healthcare setting experience responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical health conditions and. LVN performs a wide variety of patient care activities in support of clinic activity such as preparing examination rooms, aiding patient clinic visits, and work-in associated call center. The LVN will assist and support the nursing and medical team by performing various medically related tasks and patient care.
