Licensed Therapist Location: Garden City, NY | Schedule: Full Time, 35 hour per week, Monday through Friday schedule with afternoons, evenings, and weekends, based on client availability; as needed | Status: Non-Exempt |Salary Range: $55,000- $60,000/annually The Opportunity Family and Children's Association (FCA) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with or at risk for mental health disorder. Services are primarily delivered in the client's home or community, with virtual and office-based options available depending on client needs. Supervision towards licensure is provided! Responsibilities + Provide clinical therapy services (individual, family, group) in person off-site. + Deliver crisis support via phone or in person as needed. + Complete and submit timely, accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans. + Coordinate care with other providers and Care Coordinators as needed. + Ensure compliance with funding and documentation guidelines. + Use a strength-based, family-centered approach in all services. + Support overall program operations as assigned. Qualifications + Master's Degree Required with the following licensures LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or LMSW (under LCSW supervision) + Limited Permit holders (MHC, MFT, CAT) will be considered + Experience providing Medicaid billable services preferred + Prior work with children/adolescents or clients with mental health diagnoses is a plus + Intermediate computer skills required + Must be willing to travel throughout Nassau and Western Suffolk counties + Valid NYS Driver's License and responsible driving record required Compensation The competitive compensation range is reflected with FCA's framework, culture, and values.
