Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) About the Role The facility is seeking two Licensed Social Workers to provide inpatient therapeutic services within an adult psychiatric setting. The clinician will conduct assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling, and coordinate services to support patient stabilization and overall well-being. This role requires strong therapeutic skills, the ability to manage a caseload of adult psych patients, and comfort working within a multidisciplinary team. The therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy, support crisis intervention, and ensure accurate and timely documentation. This is a direct-care clinical role with no call requirements. Key Responsibilities + Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans + Provide psychotherapy including individual, group, and family therapy + Support patients with psychiatric and substance-use disorders + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care + Maintain accurate and timely documentation + Provide advocacy, resources, and support to patients and families + Participate in treatment planning and case reviews + Float within the unit as needed while maintaining caseload continuity + Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards + Perform additional duties as assigned Shift Schedule Shift: Day Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Schedule: Weekdays + rotating weekends Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Minimum Requirements + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution + Active Indiana LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHA, LMFT, or LMFA + Minimum one year of social work or therapy experience preferred + Experience providing psychotherapy required + CPR required + HWC certification required + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required) + Current health certificate (per state/contract regulations) + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements + Strong communication skills; English proficiency required + Must be at least 18 years of age Compensation Packages Local Social Worker Local Pay: $43 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,720 Travel Social Worker Hourly Pay: $20 Meals: $518 Housing: $861 Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,179 Facility Information This inpatient behavioral health unit provides therapeutic services to adult psychiatric patients.
