Case Manager – LBSW/LLBSW or QMHP (Community Behavioral Health) Location: Southfield, MI - 48033, 48075, 48034 Schedule: Full time | Mon–Fri | 9a–5p (flexible) Start: Feb 2026 (approx. 2 weeks from offer) Contract: 13 weeks | Extensions common | Temp-to-Perm available Overview Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Case Manager to support a Community Behavioral Health Center in the Southfield, MI area. This is a hybrid role, primarily in-person and community-based, providing case management services and client outreach across multiple program sites. Position Requirements + Active LARA State of Michigan license (LBSW or LLBSW required; QMHP accepted) + Valid driver’s license (confirmation required for submission; copy not needed) + Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or qualifying behavioral health field + Experience working with community mental health populations preferred Role Details Setting: Community Behavioral Health Center – Float role between multiple Southfield locations: Southfield, MI 48033, 48075, 48034 Hours/Week: 40 Shift: 9a–5p (flexible based on client needs) Caseload: ~65; higher caseloads are primarily med-pass patients Travel: Community-based client visits; mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate Environment: Behavioral health, community mental health, float between multiple program sites within Southfield (no fixed single site) Position Duties + Provide case management, care coordination, and support services for behavioral health clients + Conduct community-based visits and follow-ups + Complete assessments, service plans, referrals, and documentation per program standards + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client goals + Maintain compliance with Michigan LARA licensing guidelines and agency policies Compensation + LBSW: $40/hr + LLBSW: $37/hr + Overtime: Starts after 40 hours/week at 1.5× regular hourly rate + Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate + We offer a full benefits package Why This Role? + Flexible daytime schedule + Strong potential for extension or temp-to-perm + Mileage reimbursement + Opportunity to serve diverse community mental health populations in a high-impact setting Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: + Competitive pay & weekly paychecks + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + 401(k) savings plan + Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
