Job Purpose:
 

This position supports the productivity and activity of existing TWMS Associate Financial Professionals, Financial Service Representatives, and/or Lead Financial Professionals; as well as help create efficiency. This position will also lead the marketing efforts of the TWMS Wealth Management Services program and manages the back-office operations of the Financial Service Representatives they support.

Job Responsibilities:
 

Support advisor sales activitiesExecute on trade ordersProcess paperwork for annuities and life productsComplete mutual fund trade tickets, place trades and monitor for settlementMay engage in unsolicited trades or trades at the representative's direction onlyAssist advisor and members with sales paperworkSetup draft accounts for membersRun illustrations, assist in fund performance research and prepare client presentations for representativeContact client referrals to qualify and schedule appointmentsService support for membersReview submitted paperwork for accuracy and completeness; follow up with representative, client or home office to obtain necessary documentation.Assist with address changes, questions, account changes, beneficiary updates, etc.Serve as a primary source for members' service questionsEstablish and maintain files to meet compliance requirementsSupport TWMS Compliance initiativesMaintain confidential member information by adhering to TWMS's policies and procedures for data security and privacyPresent and train staff at branch meetingsReferral trainingTWMS program training - training on what a broker/dealer is, how they operate and benefits they provideLead execution of marketing strategy, may include:SeminarsLobby daysDirect mail or digital campaignsMeet and greetsCall-out campaignsOther strategies as identifiedDelegate responsibilities to coordinator as appropriate

Job Requirements:

List of general education, background and experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities typically required to effectively perform the responsibilities of the job. Also include any required licenses and/or designations.
 

Associate degree in business or marketing or equivalent experiencePrevious marketing experience preferredFINRA Securities Industry Essentials ExaminationFINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations requiredLife, Health, and Variable insurance licenseWorking knowledge of brokerage and insurance products, terms, functions, suitability and compliance aspectsGood customer service skills, as well as co-worker relationship skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks while maintaining good organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and within time framesSelf-motivated and able to perform tasks without supervisionComfortable working both face-to-face and over the phone with peopleStrong attention to detailPrevious experience with Salesforce and proficient with Microsoft Office toolsFor individuals new to this role:Have a satisfactory background check and securities registration with our licensed broker-dealer and/or verify all required insurance licensing.Have all outside business activity reviewed to ensure no conflicts of interest exist and applicable regulatory requirements are met

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$40,700.00 - $67,900.00
