Job Description​

Wright Physicians’ Group in Trenton, MO is seeking an experienced and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our tight-knit team in a PRN capacity. *Shift: PRN- must work a minimum of 1 shift every 6 weeks.

What You’ll Do:

Support providers in delivering patient care across all age groups

Assist with clinical procedures, vital signs, and documentation

Help maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced clinic setting

Deliver friendly, compassionate care that reflects our close community values

Provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Responsible for screening walk-in patients, telephone screening (with protocols), medication/injection education, assist with procedures, cleaning wounds, dressing changes, suctioning, catheter insertion, tracheostomy care, biopsies, diabetic nail care, and other duties as assigned by respective clinic . Able to work in a team atmosphere, as well as, autonomously. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times. Delegates tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel UAP in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice. May be responsible for covering Medical Assistant job duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Missouri

Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred
