As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will:

Deliver high-quality patient care by assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Educate patients on preventive health measures, lifestyle changes, and wellness strategies Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, Phlebotomy and conducting basic diagnostic tests. Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during examinations and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes. Review patient's medications and document in the electronic medical record Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program Current LPN license in New York. Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in preventive medicine or primary care. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Compassionate, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay rate: $28.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
