Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The LPN will work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure the health and well-being of our residents. You’ll play a key role in monitoring resident health, administering medication, and supporting daily living activities in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
