for children and adults with multiple developmental disabilities and complex medical needs such as cerebral palsy acute brain injury neuromuscular disorders and autism spectrum disorders Each year more than children adults and their families receive services from the organizationSummaryProvide home based nursing and support to medically complex special needs residents Ensure implementation of health care plans promote resident safety and optimal health through medication and treatment administrationKey ResponsibilitiesAdministration of medication and treatments per provider order and policyCollaborate with team to ensure resident satisfaction and safety throughout the shiftCommunicate effectively both verbal and written with residents staff family providers and anyone they come in contact withPrepare required electronic paperwork as directed by leadership or as need is identifiedFollow up with providers to ensure most updated and accurate resident ordersFollow through with pharmacy ensuring Kardex accuracy ample medication supply in home and minimal overstock of medication and treatmentsEnsure artificial nutrition feeding supplies etc are ordered and level is never below minimum to support residentsMaintain neat and well organized residential binders nursing and residential areasAttend all scheduled staff meetingsAssist at Day Program as needed and directed by
