Job Description
Join our dedicated nursing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse where you will play a vital role in upholding our objectives and procedures. You will be responsible for guiding and evaluating nursing personnel activities, ensuring that our standards are met with professionalism and compassion.
PAY: $40 - $44 /hour
Responsibilities
Endorse, interpret, and enforce objectives and procedures of the Nursing Department.Plan, direct, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate activities of nursing personnel within assigned areas.Conduct daily conferences with unit staff to review and communicate policy and procedure changes.Extend courtesy to all unit visitors.Coordinate with appropriate personnel to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available on the unit.Provide consultation for unit personnel, resolve immediate problems, and communicate actions to the Unit Supervisor.Essential Skills

Orientation takes place Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, and attendance is mandatory. The working shifts are structured as Day (7:30am-3:30pm), Evening (3:30pm-11:30pm), and Night (11:30pm-7:30am). Enjoy the benefits of holiday pay if worked up to 7.5 hours. As part of a team with over 200 contingent workers at the facility, you'll contribute to a supportive and dynamic environment. This role offers a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $44.00/hr.
