We’re currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift in our brand-new Memory Care Unit.

In this role, you’ll provide direct nursing care and oversee daily activities of CMTs and CNAs. Responsibilities include:

Administering medications and nursing care per resident care plans

Supervising staff and coordinating shift activities

Supporting new admissions and discharges

Communicating with families and physicians

Monitoring resident health and reporting changes

Demonstrating strong customer service and professionalism

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Licensed Practical Nurse - Various
