Somerset Health Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Somerset Allergy Office. This full-time outpatient role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized clinical setting, supporting patients with allergy-related conditions. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organized, and skilled in both clinical procedures and patient communication.

Responsibilities:

Draw blood and perform IV therapy under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Administer medications including oral, subcutaneous (SQ), intramuscular (IM), and IV drip. Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments. Assess patients’ general condition, including taking vital signs and weight. Document all clinical activities, interventions, medications, and patient responses in the medical record. Promote wellness by providing patient education materials and communicating physician instructions. Maintain strict confidentiality of medical records and sensitive patient data. Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, PA Department of Health, and other regulatory agencies. Follow all Somerset Health Services policies and procedures. Support a safe and efficient outpatient environment through professional and compassionate care.
