Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

$3000 Sign-on Bonus

Must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree and a license to practice.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and potential for rehabilitation.

Administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. 

Document and record patients' conditions, and educate patients and their families on appropriate physical therapy methods.

Collaborates with all disciplines to provide the best patient-centered treatment and care.

$3K RETENTION BONUS FOR THIS FULL-TIME POSITION

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must have a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.

Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
