Principal Accountabilities:

Essential functions include providing rehabilitation interventions to a wide variety of patients throughout the medical center, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions in the EMR, and billing appropriately.  Supports other clinicians in competency development and implementation as well as providing supervision to the rehabilitation aides.  Participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no direct supervision.
