Our client is a fast-growing, pharmacist-owned organization operating multiple locations across Western Canada. Known for delivering patient-focused care beyond a traditional drug store model, this team prioritizes both community health and long-term career growth. 

Licensed Pharmacist responsibilities:

Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with provincial regulations Assess new and repeat prescriptions and apply medication management principles Educate patients on medication use and monitor patient progress Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Promote healthy living initiatives and immunization programs Address customer concerns and complaints professionally Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with all regulatory, operational, and clinical requirements Oversee the operational and financial performance of the pharmacy Manage inventory, staffing, and workflow to support efficient service delivery

The successful candidate has:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Active ACP license in good standing ISTM certification (or commitment to obtain within one year) APA preferred Current CPR certification valid in Alberta Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection preferred 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience preferred 1+ year of leadership or management experience preferred Strong organizational, operational, and clinical oversight skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience supervising staff and evaluating performance Comfort managing pharmacy inventory and financials Knowledge of Dayforce or similar systems considered an asset

Compensation and benefits:
