Clearing Mutual Fund Operations (CMFO) aims to lead the industry through excellent customer service, a wide range of products, and professional staff. CMFO oversees key Mutual Fund Operations functions such as Trading, Dividends, Trade Corrections, Contracts, Sub Accounting, and Vendor Relations. Team members must collaborate well with external and internal partners, adapt to change, and work effectively across locations.

The Team Manager will be responsible for strategy building, project management, and leading a functional team within Mutual Fund Operations. The primary priority is directing the day-to-day operations of the Clearing Mutual Fund Trading team and leading them through change and modernization.

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of " challenging the status quo " this role has specific qualifications that successful applicants should have.

Required Qualifications:

Series 7 and Series 63 licenses5 + years mutual fund industry experience5 + years Clearing Operations experience5 + years financial services experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

Strong leadership and problem-solving skillsExcellent analytical and decision-making acumenAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills including with external partnersSelf-starter and proven ability to work independently with little supervision

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
