Position: Licensed Home Health Aide Location: Lake County, Indiana Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 Shifts: Flexible options including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and overnight shifts Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients with activities of daily living, ranging from companion care to assisting bedridden clients—bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting. * Support with daily tasks like feeding, meal prep, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation, outdoor activities, and shopping. * Aid clients with mobility as per the plan of care, and document any observed changes for the healthcare team.
